The defense of the arrested police official Zoran Lazović will request that Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković, as well as Serbian police official Veselin Milić, be heard as witnesses in that case.
This was announced to "Vijesti" by one of Lazović's defense attorneys, lawyer Zoran Piperović, after Srđan Lalić was heard as a witness yesterday in Belgrade.
"If it went to Belgrade, why were Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković not heard as witnesses in addition to Lalić, the cooperating witness, because the order claims that they benefited by entering Montenegro. Where did Lalić come from now? I ask out loud, even though I know the answer." , said Piperovic.
He also asked why the head of the Belgrade police, Veselin Milić, was not heard.
"Which witness Pavićević (Milovan cit. out) apostrophized as the man who called him and told him that these two would come to us. Wasn't that the most logical thing? Where did Lalić come from, and not Milić? We will propose that all those persons be questioned , and to hear the state prosecutor in the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office who, following the objection to the dismissal of the criminal complaint by Sanja Jovićević, made a decision that the decision to dismiss was legal and in accordance with the evidence contained in the file clan was raised at a time when Katnić (Milivoje) and Čađenović (Saša) were members of Zoran Lazović's criminal organization and closely cooperated with the Kavačić clan the land to Belivuk and Miljković - what criminal offense did he commit, and most importantly, why," said Piperović.
Srđan Lalić was heard yesterday at the Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime in Belgrade, at the request of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, in the case against Zoran Lazović and Milivoj Katnić.
According to the knowledge of "Vijesti", Lalić declared about lifting the ban on entry into Montenegro for Belgrade criminals Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković.
Lazović and the former chief special prosecutor were arrested on April 14 by order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office. They were handcuffed by officers of the Special Police Department headed by Predrag Šuković.
They are accused of working as assistant directors of the Police Administration and GST for the benefit of the mafia clan.
In the documents of the SDT, it is also written that Katnić misled the public that the accused Belgrade criminals Belivuk and Miljković entered Montenegro at the request of the Republic of Serbia and that measures and actions are constantly taken against them, while Lazović enabled those members of the Kavačka clan to cross freely border, at the request of the leader of that criminal organization, Radoj Zvicer.
In the files of the SDT, it is stated that former security guard Zoran Lazović and former chief special prosecutor Milivoje Katnić only formally undertook actions against the leaders of the Kavaka clan.
"Vijesti" published several transcripts from the Sky application, which document that Petar Lazović, former agent and son of Zoran Lazović, and several of his colleagues from the police, were friends with the leaders of the Kavački clan and their colleagues from Serbia, while the leaders of the police and the prosecution at the same time assured citizens that they had nothing to worry about.
Then, according to the messages from Sky, they hatch a plan to lure a rival, sleazy criminal team to launch an armed attack on those Belgraders, deliberately spreading information about their arrival in Montenegro.
