BT (45) from Mojkov was arrested on suspicion of causing serious bodily injury to a fellow citizen.
BT was sued at the local level for the crime of grievous bodily harm.
It is suspected that BT hit a fellow citizen several times in the head area, who also received injuries in the body area after falling, while they were in front of a restaurant.
"In the meantime, the Basic Court in Bijelo Polje issued an order for the compulsory enforcement of this person in order to serve a prison sentence according to the judgment of the High Court in Bijelo Polje dated November 1, 2023, by which he was sentenced to a prison sentence of two years, due to the committed criminal commits a serious crime against general security. He was taken to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje for questioning for the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm, after which he was taken to serve his prison sentence in UIKS, the Police Administration announced.
