Confirmed indictment for the murders of Hodžić and Spahić

The higher court confirmed the indictment against the defendant Radoj Zvicer, who is charged with the liquidation of Damir Hodžić and Adis Spahić in mid-October 2020 in Spuz.

The indictment stated that Zvicer ordered the kidnapping of Hodžić at the end of July 2020 because he believed that as one of the close associates of the previously murdered Alan Kožar, he knew where the latter hid money and drugs.

"Radoje Zvicer, as the organizer, between the end of July and the second half of August 2020, ordered the defendants Radoje Živković, Milan Vujotić, Dragan Knežević, Marko Miljković and Veljko Belivuk to find each other and kidnap them at a suitable opportunity, and then in an insidious manner , out of reckless revenge, base motives - intolerance and hatred and in order to establish supremacy, took the lives of members of the opposing criminal organization, Milo Radulović and Damir Hodžić, "the indictment states.

On October 14, 2020, Hodžić was driven to Stanjevića Rupa near Spuž by his son-in-law Adis Spahić, who was killed that day.
