On the occasion of a group fight that took place on the night between Saturday and Sunday at the Pier in Ulcinj, when two men were injured, one of them seriously, the Police Directorate announced. They announced that the police are acting in cooperation with the competent prosecutor's office in relation to the physical conflict that took place in Ulcinj over the weekend.
"On July 21, around 00.30:XNUMX, it was reported to the duty service of the Ulcinj Security Department that there was a physical conflict between several people on the Little Beach, in front of a catering facility. Two people with injuries, foreign nationals, were found on the spot, and they were referred to "One of these two persons was diagnosed with a serious physical injury," the statement to Vijesti reads.
It is added that the police informed the prosecutor of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Ulcinj about the incident, "and taking further measures and actions within their jurisdiction, in order to establish all the facts and circumstances, in their capacity as citizens collected notifications from several persons, as for now, from a police officer".
"In coordination and cooperation with the competent prosecutor, in the investigation phase, procedural measures and actions are taken to establish all the facts of this event, where the acting prosecutor, after analyzing and evaluating the formed case files, the obtained medical documentation, will carry out the legal qualification of the committed criminal act. Officers of the Police Administration undertake the necessary measures and actions with the aim of identifying the perpetrators of this criminal act and prosecuting them to the competent state prosecutor's office," reads the end of the announcement.
