Pavićević was arrested again in the investigation of cigarette smuggling

Baran's Đorđije Pavićević was arrested again in the investigation of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) on the smuggling of cigarettes, it was said unofficially "Vfoods" from several sources.

In the same action by the SDT and the Special Police Department (SPO), Nikica Kovačević, and Customs Administration officials Ivana Kovačević and Veljko Đuričić were deprived of their liberty.

Pavićević and three other suspects were brought to the premises of the SPO in Podgorica this morning.

The leader of KK Mornar Đorđije Pavićević was arrested on December 28 last year by order of the SDT, on suspicion of organizing cigarette smuggling.

Then, for cigarette smuggling, members of the Special Police Department arrested Ivana Kovačević and Veljko Đuričić and Nikica Kovačević, a former employee of Pavićević's company "Playmaker".

According to the SDT, Pavićević's business was questionable with three foreign companies, two of which were from the Seychelles, and the arrival of three loads of cigarettes in the Port of Bar was also disputed.

At that time, the owner of "Playmaker" did not admit to the commission of criminal acts except that the defendant Nikola Kovačević was employed by him until the end of his working career, that Đuričić is his cousin, and that he only knows Ivana Kovačević as a fellow citizen.

The detention of this criminal group, as identified by the SDT, was then terminated on March 11.

In that case, Nikola Kovačević is charged with the extended criminal offense of falsification of an official document and smuggling by aiding and abetting, and Ivan Kovačević and Đuričić are charged with falsifying an official document and the extended criminal offense of smuggling by aiding and abetting.
