The investigating judge of the Basic Court in Ulcinj imposed surveillance measures on the Kosovo citizen M. G.(24) for participating in a fight that took place on the night between July 20 and 21, in front of a restaurant in Pristan, when two people were injured, one of them seriously.
In the Basic Court in Ulcinj, it was confirmed to the News that travel documents were confiscated from MG, with the obligation to report to the Police Directorate (UP) - Ulcinj Security Department.
For the four remaining suspects of having participated in the incident, the prosecution's proposal to determine surveillance measures was rejected.
"In relation to the suspect GM (24), a Kosovar citizen, two surveillance measures were imposed, namely confiscation of the travel document and mandatory reporting to the Ulcinj OB Police Directorate. In relation to the other suspects, no measures were imposed," the Court announced.
After the fight on Ulcinj's Malja plaža on July 21, among others, two officers of the Police Administration, as well as a member of the Army of Montenegro, were arrested.
Head of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) Ulcinj Denis Zvrko, confirmed to Vijesti that the prosecution will file an appeal against the decision of the Basic Court.
The police previously announced that the Ulcinj police, in cooperation with the ODT in that city, shed light on the event in Ulcinj from July 21, when around 00.30:XNUMX hours, on the Small Beach, near a restaurant, public order and peace were disturbed by a fight.
Then, among others, two officers of the Police Administration were arrested, as well as a member of the Army of Montenegro.
"ZM (43), a member of the Army of Montenegro, was deprived of his liberty on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm to the detriment of a French citizen, then police officers P. Š. (29) and NR (27) due to the suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense of violent behavior causing harm MG., M. G. (24) from Kosovo on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of minor bodily injury to the detriment of the NR, as well as RT (43) on suspicion of committing a criminal act of violent behavior to the detriment of MG. Along with criminal charges, they were brought to the acting prosecutor for further jurisdiction," the announcement states.
After the hearing, Zvrko submitted a proposal to the investigating judge to determine surveillance measures for the suspects, so that they would not interfere with the criminal proceedings against them.
