Proceedings in the Bar Prosecutor's Office regarding the traffic accident that occurred on July 9 around 17 p.m. on the road between Bar and Ulcinj, in which the Minister for Human and Minority Rights Fatmir Đeka suffered minor physical injuries, it ended with the application of the institute of deferred prosecution.
This was confirmed to Vijesti in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Bar.
"The procedure regarding the traffic accident was ended by applying the 'deferred prosecution institute', i.e., the suspected foreign citizen L.C.K. he paid a certain amount of money for humanitarian purposes, of course with the consent of the injured party, F.Đ", writes in the reply of the head of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office Bar Radovan Đurišić to the questions of the News for information about that accident.
According to unofficial information, he is a Polish citizen, and Đeka has given up further criminal prosecution.
He was driving the official jeep PG-CG-029 when it collided with an Opel car with Polish license plates.
Only Đeka was injured in the accident.
He was transferred to the emergency room in Ulcinj for providing assistance.
