Albanian citizens MK (33) and D. A (39) were found guilty and sentenced to fines of 1.500 euros each for belittling and obstructing police officers in the performance of their duties.
"They were sentenced today by the duty judge of the department in Ulcinj, Anka Kekić, after it was established in an emergency procedure that the defendants in the early morning hours in the center of Ulcinj belittled the police officers of the Ulcinj police station, by sending them a series of insults and threats, resenting that they issued misdemeanor orders for committed traffic violations, whereby the defendant MK started his vehicle and parked it in the middle of the road, obstructing the normal flow of traffic. Fines were charged to them as foreign citizens immediately after the decision was pronounced," announced the President of the Budva Court for Misdemeanors Marko Djukanovic.
