Former Minister of Justice Andrej Milović announced that Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and lawyer Goran Rodić, Do Kwon's defender, are trying in every way to prevent Kwon's extradition to the United States of America (USA).
Milović welcomed today's decision of the Supreme Court to postpone the extradition of Do Kwon to South Korea, and added that Spajić and Rodić are trying to prevent the extradition of the South Korean cryptocurrency king "so that the complete investigation of the US judicial authorities and the business relationship between Do Kwon and Spajić would not be stopped before the indisputably staged pre-election scandal surrounding the arrival of Do Kwon in Montenegro and the connection with the financing of the Europe Now Movement (PES)".
In a post on Iks, he said that this decision prevented the execution of the illegal decision of the lower courts to prevent the extradition of Do Kwon to the United States of America.
"The case of the extradition of Do Kwon to the USA is one of the major points of contention between Spajić and me as the Minister of Justice at the time, about which the public knows little, and it is time to find out. Spajić could not come to terms with the fact that I, with legal knowledge and an unrelenting fight for the truth prevented the illegal and arranged extradition to South Korea, about which we had a private discussion, which will ultimately be one of the reasons for my dismissal," Milović wrote.
"The extradition of Do Kwon to South Korea, not the USA, is wanted by two sides - on the one hand, there is the group that staged the pre-election affair in the form of representatives of the former government, a lawyer close to them, representatives of the domestic security sector close to them, as well as parts of the security sector from the region that participated in it, and on the other side is Milojko Spajić, who wants to prevent a full investigation by the US judicial authorities regarding his business ties with Do Kwon, which date back to before politics and from the beginning of his political career, and which he hid from all of us," he added. is.
He said that his visit to the USA in the capacity of the Minister of Justice, as well as talks with their bodies and institutions, convinced him that Do Kwon should be extradited to the USA and not to South Korea, "because Prime Minister Spajić's dirty speculative dealings with Do Kwon, which damaged taxpayers of the USA and the whole world for tens of billions of dollars, and made Spajić a rich individual who, by his own admission, does not live on his salary, must be fully exposed".
"The extradition of Do Kwon to the USA is the way to the truth and to uncovering who Milojko Spajić is and why he has to do some things for the benefit of another country's interests, not his own and his own citizens," Milović concluded.
