AM from Tivća, who was punished for allegedly belittling an officer of the Police Directorate, told Vijesti that she will seek justice in court, stating that she survived the trauma of that case.
She was fined 1.500 euros yesterday.

"From the text, it can be concluded that I myself crossed the pedestrian crossing, perhaps showing the middle finger to the police officers several times. The text caused a lot of negative comments and insults on my account, so I am obliged to clarify how it really happened. I was crossing the pedestrian crossing with probably 15 more pedestrians, with the fact that I was moving on the side that was closer to the vehicle. with him, as if they were to attack pedestrians, which they succeeded in. When the pedestrians expressed their displeasure and made some grimaces, as I did myself, the policemen threw insulting words at me (the most vulgar language - which has no place in public media), which is possible to conclude which profile of people it is.
It is interesting that they did not react immediately, but made a circle, probably so that there would be no witnesses, so they arrested me, as the biggest criminal, and first took me to the SUP, then to the magistrate. It can be concluded that these policemen were not on duty, because if they were, by law they had to make a report on the spot, so if necessary they would bring me to the misdemeanor court, and not drive me around Budva like a terrorist.
You can imagine the trauma I endured and my ability to present my defense before the judge, who delayed me as long as he could, not informing me of my right to hire a lawyer or to have one assigned to me ex officio, not entering into the record foul language and misconduct police officers as well as waiving the right to appeal the decision without my consent.
Everything he put on me, I confirmed in order to get out of this situation as soon as possible. Since my reputation and honor have been hurt, and because of other people, I will seek justice in court through a lawyer," AM said in response.
