A citizen of North Macedonia, TD (41), residing in Ulcinj, was sentenced to 15 days in prison for threatening his uncle TB's brother, the Budva Magistrate's Court announced.
As the President of the Court, Marko Đukanović, said, TD was punished because, on Thursday, in the yard of the family house in Ulcinj, he sent a series of threats to his brother from uncle TB, which, he added, caused him to feel fear and threat for his own life and body.
"The duty judge of the department in Ulcinj, Anka Kekić, after sentencing, decided that the defendant should be sent to the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions to serve the sentence before the decision becomes final," the statement said.
It is added that TD will be prohibited from approaching the victim of violence for a year after serving his sentence, and this protective measure will be implemented by the Police Directorate.
