This is stated by the Supreme Court in the decision to extend the detention of those alleged members of the Skaljar criminal clan.
According to information from the police, Marković was killed while he and the suspects were on the same task - trying to deal with members of the opposing Kavački clan, "Vijesti" was told earlier by the police.
It says that, as is well-founded suspicion, Kočan took the life of Marković on March 3 of this year in the town of Meterizi, while they were staying together in a passenger motor vehicle with Italian license plates.
It is explained that around 18.30:XNUMX p.m., the suspect fired several projectiles from an automatic rifle from the back seat while the car was in motion, and that he had previously taken the weapon from Burda...

After the arrest of the suspects, the head of the Anti-Crime Sector, Lazar Šćepanović, told reporters that comprehensive investigations established that the deceased Marković, with the suspect Kočan and one other person, planned to commit a serious crime:
"To the detriment of one or more members of an opposing criminal group in a specific locality near the crime scene. During the implementation of the criminal plan by these persons and the realization of the serious criminal act, the suspect HK took the life of his co-perpetrator RM, while a third person set fire to the vehicle that was used in this criminal act and which was intended for the execution of another serious criminal act. "The third co-perpetrator destroyed the means of execution (firearms) of the planned serious crime by starting a fire," he said at the time.
