The Budva police detained five Albanian citizens who physically attacked a Serbian citizen in the Velji Vinogradi settlement near the "Jolly apartment" building.
"Vijesti" unofficially learned that the police detained the foreign nationals around 11.30:XNUMX a.m., after the case was reported.
Allegedly, Albanian citizens got out of the car and physically attacked the Serb.
He received medical help in the emergency medical clinic, where doctors determined the extent of his injuries.
As "Vijesti" was unofficially told, this morning around 11:XNUMX a.m. in Babilonia Street in Budva, near the "Kangaroo" restaurant, there was a fight in which several people participated.
With a quick reaction, the police officers found and brought to the official premises KJ (46), KK (19), KE (16), PD (20) and PD (23), all from Albania, as well as RA (43) from Belgrade, Š.B. (59) from Budva, VM (39) from Budva and SM (57) from Budva.
After collecting information from the mentioned persons, witnesses to the event and reviewing the video surveillance of the event, the police officers met the Kotor prosecutor who assessed that there were no elements of KD in the reported event.
Albanian citizens KJ, KK, KE, PD and PD, as well as Budvanin and SM, were arrested for the offenses they committed and will be brought to the Misdemeanor Court tonight with a request to initiate the misdemeanor proceedings.
Serbian citizen RA is undergoing medical examinations at KBC Kotor, after which he will be arrested and brought before the Court for Misdemeanors in Budva within the legal term.
