"The police suspected that on August 19 around 04.00:21 in Sutomore, there was a physical conflict between OR (24), VR (25) and MV (20), on the one hand, and E.Ć. On that occasion, it is suspected, OR struck E.Ć in the head area, inflicting a serious injury in the form of a skull fracture," the Police Administration announced.
