In just 24 hours on Montenegrin roads, three people lost their lives in traffic accidents, including two elderly women from Podgorica and a citizen of Poland. All three drivers who participated in those accidents were arrested.
The first accident happened in the Podgorica settlement of Zlatica, where she is seventy-four years old JS around 8.30:XNUMX a.m., while crossing the street, she was hit by a car. Shortly after the accident, she died as a result of her injuries in the Clinical Center of Montenegro.

The death toll has been increasing in recent years
The risk of being injured in traffic accidents in Montenegro has been increasing in recent years, and this is also reflected in the Government's document, which includes disturbing data on the number of people killed on Montenegrin roads in the period from 2017 to 2021.
