On Saturday evening, August 24, the Ulcinj Police, in cooperation with the officers of the Border Police Sector, the Ulcinj Municipal Police and the Center for Social Work Ulcinj, carried out the action "Beggar", when six people were found begging, four of them minors.
"In relation to the incident where minors were found begging, a request will be filed against HG for the initiation of misdemeanor proceedings for the offense from Article 37 of the Act on protection against domestic violence - neglect. In addition, a request will be filed against Š.H. a request to initiate misdemeanor proceedings for a misdemeanor from Article 30 of the Law on Public Order and Peace - begging," the Police Directorate announced.
