During the breaks of arranging cocaine smuggling with the head of the criminal Kavački clan Radoj Zvicer, providing secret information about police investigations, teaching the easiest way to get rid of scammers, detained policeman Petar Lazovic that Kotoranin boasted that he was killing protected game - roe deer - on the slopes of the Montenegrin mountains.
It follows from the correspondence from the once protected Sky application that he did so in October 2020.
"Ljubišnja has been here for two days. Brother, on the mountain, last night I killed a doe in the headlights at around 11 at night, at 120, brother. They tell me - be careful, it flies this way. This one won't," writes Lazović on October 4 of that year.
As confirmation of his "feat", the son of the then assistant director of the Police Directorate Zoran Lazović he sent a photo of a shot doe and the mountain he is hunting on.

Roe deer are game protected by law, and the Criminal Code stipulates a sentence of six months to five years in prison for anyone who kills or injures animals that belong to specially protected animal species.
The Game and Hunting Act stipulates that this type of game is protected by a permanent ban on hunting.
Despite this, as well as the fact that the Montenegrin investigative authorities received a communication from a partner from Europol in the summer of 2021 in which the detained police officer brags about killing a doe, the public is not yet aware that Lazović was also prosecuted for that crime.
He and Zvicer, as well as several other members of the criminal team from Kotor, talked about hunting on several occasions, and it appears from their correspondence that they gave him hunting dogs worth several thousand euros each.
COOPERATION WITH THE CLAN
In several criminal cases, Mlađe Lazović is charged with close cooperation with the Kavačić criminal clan, and details from the investigations show that he used his official position and resources to provide them with information about police investigations, protect clan members, enable their criminal activities, but also directly participate in drug and cigarette smuggling...
His cooperation with that criminal clan was revealed when in March 2021, communications conducted via the Sky application were intercepted.
Europol investigators then also read about their plans for cocaine smuggling, listened to conversations about police investigations, agreements on payments...
It was also discovered that the then policeman Petar Lazović chose who would work with him in the Department for Special Operational Support, despite the fact that some of them, as he claims, had 10 criminal charges each.
This results from his telephone communication with Pljevljak Darko Sarić, which Europol submitted to the Montenegrin investigative authorities.
At that time, his father Zoran Lazović was managing the Police Department for the fight against crime, while Petar was the informal head of the Department for Operational Support.
According to the communication from the encrypted application Sky at the time, he explained to the accused Šarić what kind of team of fighters he had chosen.
The two communicated during 2020, and Lazović told him about the police squadron at the beginning of August, complaining to Pljevljak that there were many "spies" because of which he could not abduct the skunk who was detained a few days earlier.
"You know yourself, you spy on the crowd. Someone will get us in. And I only trust mine, because they know that I will not leave them, that I share everything with them. Brother, these are all crazy people and everything else, they can do anything, I'll just work with him when I'm kissing, something to take care of them as much as possible. All finished high school, all 10, 15 years old. services, all former fighters and fans and all 10 criminal convictions, I chose them. And I brought everything," writes the policeman to Sarić.
Petar Lazović was arrested in July 2022, although the Special State Prosecutor's Office had received transcripts from Europol a year before that, which seriously accuse him and Milović, but the special prosecutor at the time Sasa Cadjenovic archived the case and released them from liability.
A new investigation was launched four months after Čađenović's decision, and only when the portal Libertas published the correspondence of police officers with members of the organized criminal group Kavački Klan and their Belgrade mercenaries. Veljko Belivuk i Marko Miljković.
Meanwhile, Čađenović was also arrested, accused of playing for Zvicer's team as a special prosecutor. He was recently released from the Investigation Prison, to which his former boss, the chief special prosecutor, was also sent by decision of the Montenegrin courts Milivoje Katnic and the elder Lazović. They are also accused of subordinating their official position to the Kavaka clan.
