Against the President of the Trade Union HTP Ulcinjska Riviera A. Lj. a criminal report was filed due to the suspicion that he defrauded one person for 58.000 euros, the Police Administration (UP) announced.
The application was submitted by the officers of the Sector for the fight against crime, the Department for the fight against corruption, economic crime and the implementation of financial investigations together with the officers of the Regional Security Center "South", Security Department Ulcinj.
"Namely, it is suspected that A.Lj. committed the criminal offense he is charged with in the way that, in his capacity as the president of the HTP Ulcinjska Riviera union, he sold two apartments that were owned by the union to a person who is not a member of the same and enabled purchase under favorable conditions, and which apartments the injured party could not register in his own name, in what way did he cause him material damage in the amount of 58.000 euros," the announcement states.
