By extraditing Binali Čamgoz to Turkey, a clear message was sent that Montenegro is committed to the rule of law and preserving and strengthening bilateral relations with Turkey, said Assembly President Andrija Mandić.
He stated on the X social network that the responsible decision to extradite Čamgoz is a clear indication that the days when Montenegro was a haven for criminals have become the past.
"I have no doubt that this way we have sent a clear message that Montenegro is dedicated to the rule of law, and to preserving and strengthening bilateral relations with Turkey," said Mandić.
