A twenty-one-year-old woman from Nikšić vj she was beaten in Budva after she refused to allow an unknown man to sit at the table where she was sitting with her company. According to her, a man in his 30s threatened to rape her before hitting her.

According to "Vijesti" information, the woman from Nikšić told the police that she and her friend went out to Budva that night, and a little after midnight they went to a restaurant on the Slovenian coast.
"I sat at a table closer to the street, while R. went to order food. While I was sitting alone at the table, an unknown man approached me, about 180 centimeters tall, with light brown hair, about 30 years old. He had a beard and wore a black T-shirt. He sat down at my table and I told him that the seat was taken and he couldn't sit there. He started to behave insolently, saying: 'Does it say that it is occupied?'. My friend R. came over at that moment and told him that she was sitting in that place," the woman from Nikšić told the police.
She further explained that the man got up but continued to shout, then walked away and the two continued to eat. However, he soon returned with another man and a girl, and continued his threats and insults, including the threat of rape.
"The girl who was with him intervened and, while she was apologizing to me, he approached me and kicked me in the stomach. My friend R. got up and stood between us to protect me, but he punched her in the head. At that moment, another man who was with him grabbed my right hand and punched me twice in the head, after which I fell unconscious. That's all I remember," she told the inspectors.

Nikšićanka was given medical help that night in the Budva emergency room, after which she was transported to the hospital in Risno.
The Police Administration told "Vijesti" that on August 25, at 1.41:XNUMX a.m., the officers of the Budva Security Department were informed by the medical staff of the Budva Emergency Medical Service that they were dispatched to Slovenska obala Street, where they found VJ from Nikšić, who announced that she was physically attacked by an unknown male person.
"The victim was given medical assistance at HMP Budva, after which she was transported to the 'Vaso Ćuković' Hospital in Risno, for further tests. The police officers of the Budva Security Department undertook a number of measures and actions to shed light on this event, collected information from several persons and informed the prosecutor of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor about the event, who still has not declared the qualification of the criminal offense. When it comes to the surveillance cameras from the fast food facility located near the scene, the police officers took the video material from them, which, however, does not show the actual physical attack. Work on the subject is ongoing", said the UP.
