"The duty service of the Budva police was informed yesterday that a female person, a foreign citizen, had been raped. Acting on the report, the police officers collected the necessary information and undertook activities within their jurisdiction, and informed the prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica about everything. qualified as the criminal offense of rape. Taken measures and actions under the jurisdiction of the police resulted in the identification of the person IN (46) from Nikšić and he was deprived of his liberty by order of the senior state prosecutor on suspicion of having committed the aforementioned criminal offense," the Police Administration announced.
