The Ulcinj police filed a criminal complaint against ES (20), who is suspected of a criminal offense - abuse of position in business operations.
"Namely, ES (20), who, as an employee of a slot machine club, abused his position in such a way that he gave money in the amount of 13.000 euros from the cash register to another person who used the services of this slot machine club, will be criminally responsible for the aforementioned crime, enabling him to in this way, he obtained an illegal financial benefit," the Police Directorate announced.
"Police officers of the Criminal Police Station of the Ulcinj Security Department undertook activities within their competence, collected the necessary notifications and evidence regarding the above event, after which they informed the prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Ulcinj about all the circumstances of the event. After reviewing the case files, the prosecutor qualified a criminal offense and a criminal complaint has been filed against ES," the announcement reads.
