Montenegrin police officers typed at the end of May 2020 Happy Switzerland the information they received from their colleagues from Ukraine - that the head of the criminal kava clan in that country "fell" with forged passports, and that he had to be "transferred" to Montenegro.
A police officer informed him about this on May 30 Ljubo Milović, with the explanation that he got the information from the then assistant director of the Police Administration Zoran Lazović. He sent him an official document confirming that information, but also informed him that the attackers were discovered with the help of the British intelligence service.
"Your passports fell, yesterday Zoran told me that they sent for passports. Take out your original and switch to CG," Milović sent four days after the man from Kotor was seriously wounded in a mob attack in Kiev.
He sent him that message through the once protected Sky application, and the transcripts of their conversation were provided to Montenegrin investigators by Europol. It follows from their communication that he is talking about Lazović.
After the notification, the Swiss is interested in which passports "fell" to him, but also says that he has his Montenegrin travel document with him.
"He told me two. Did you have one in your name, another in your father's name? Ukrainian," the now fugitive policeman explains to him.
"One in my name, is it only kr. broken into?" asked Zvicer and received an answer from Milović:
"I didn't ask, he told me two, I'll check which one. That they sent information for two."
"Well, I'm almost 50 to have them," the Kotor resident complained to him.
I don't mind...
The Montenegrin investigative authorities are conducting several proceedings against the leader of the Kavaka clan, Radoj Zvicer, and his criminal group, for several murders and the smuggling of tons of cocaine, money laundering...
In several criminal cases, Milović is charged with close cooperation with the Kavaka criminal clan, and details from the investigations show that he used his official position and resources to provide them with information about police investigations, protect clan members, facilitate their criminal activities, order bombings, but also directly participated in drug and cigarette smuggling, intimidation...
His cooperation with the bars was discovered when in March 2021, communications conducted via the Sky application were intercepted.
Europol investigators then also read about their plans for cocaine smuggling, listened to conversations about police investigations, agreements on payments...
They also talked about this on the day when the policeman gave the information obtained through international legal aid, and they also communicated about the wounding of the Swiss in Kiev.
Kotorani, explaining to Milović how he felt and what happened, wrote:
"Everything is fine brother, it's as if someone hit me on the arm with a rod, I have no feeling in the fingers of my left hand."
Milović tells him: "It will come back", and then asks: "How are the breasts of heroes".
After Zvicer replies to him in a voice message that he is fine and explains where he was hit, the policeman advises him not to send such messages:
"So that I don't appear to be smart, now listen to one conclusion, brother, pay attention to the voice messages, what you say, so that the rooms where you will be transferred do not sound... When something is sensitive, knock and tell the woman...", he writes to him.
The leader of the Kavački clan then writes to him that he only mentions the wounds, but also asks how the English caught the four skals who tried to kill him a few days earlier.
"I know that they recorded these four talking, they were under surveillance, but they didn't know who they were working with, if they are not lying, that should be questioned, maybe they could have reacted earlier... They sent here a conversation where they are talking among themselves as they jammed the weapon and as it is not the first time that a weak weapon has been obtained... there must have been a lot of material, they knew everything. No one to shoot without. I don't really believe that, I see that a lot of people from the service are involved... They said that they thought that a Turk was the target," the policeman relays the official information to him.
"Now they know. In this neighborhood, everyone is a politician," Zvicer replies.
"Cooperation went through the British liaison officer, at the same moment when the case happened they sent the recordings, everything is through Leaves my friend's went well, and ours are identifying them", the policeman reports to the head of the bar...
The Swiss was seriously wounded on May 26, 2020, in an elite part of Kyiv, near the "Novopečerski Lipki" complex.
Not long after that attempted murder, Baranin was arrested in Odessa Stefan Mandic Djukic, from Podgorica Emil Tuzovic called a Chechen and two Serbian citizens - Milan Branković i Petar Jovanovic.
Mandić Đukić and Tuzović also answer before the Podgorica High Court for accusations that they created a criminal organization that prepared the murders of judges, prosecutors and police officials, and Đukić also for murder.
Milović: Tamara should be given an order
Police officer Ljubo Milović was worried whether the wounded head of the Kavaka clan would survive after thugs tried to kill him in an elite neighborhood of Kiev.
During the conversation about the wounding of the Kotoran, Milović tells him that he reprimanded decisively, and then writes to him:
"What did we live until you opened your eyes... even though we all believed in you that you would endure..."
"I was fine, but by no means urgent to come, when I sat in it I was relieved," Zvicer answered.
Milović then sends words of praise for Zvicer's wife Tamara, who went after the attackers with a gun in her hands.
"How did you train a woman, but the heart can't be trained, kudos to her... On the first day, everyone alive talked about you, how you reacted, and then you were no longer a topic, since then only people talk about her, since the picture came out with a weapon," he writes.
Zvicer replied that he "ran into" the bar and met her at the door, that she had grabbed the "intake":
"And she ran after them, she said where did she go, what is this, here she is, she comes back and says that the bastards ran away".
The policeman says that his wife is a "wolf" and adds that he was really surprised...
"We wrote a lot these two days, how determined, tenacious she is, that she delighted me... No excuses, full of strength, she didn't fall for a second... and she should be awarded the medal. All of that should have been brought out."
"We were very lucky, because there were two more where my entrance was. The wife has always been the backbone of the family in Montenegro," Zvicer answers.
"If she hadn't taken out her gun, I think they would have returned," concludes Milović.
The two continued their correspondence that day about joint criminal activities...
The cooperation went through the British liaison officer, at the same moment when the case happened they sent the footage, everything went through my friend Dej, and ours are identifying them", reports the policeman to the head of the bar...
