The Court of Appeal will decide whether the judge's decision is justified Nade Rabrenović with which she refused to give bail of 1,45 million euros Milos Medenica let him go free to defend himself against accusations that he created a criminal organization that smuggled cigarettes and influenced the judiciary.
They will decide on this because they have received an appeal from the defense of the son of the former President of the Supreme Court Vesne Medenica, who do not agree that Miloš Medenica should still be in custody.
From the Court of Appeal, headed by a female judge Mirjana Popović, "Vijesti" replied that they had received the appeal and that they would make a decision within the legal deadline.
"We inform you that the case to which your question refers has been submitted to the Appellate Court of Montenegro for a decision. The decision against which Miloš Medenica's defense appealed was made by Judge Rabrenović on July 19, after the Appellate Court annulled her previous decision and sent the case back for a new decision.
