The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, after the hearing, ordered the Belgian citizen TVAC to be detained for up to 72 hours, due to the suspicion that he committed a criminal offense - counterfeiting money for an extended period of time.
The prosecutor also submitted a motion for detention.
"It is suspected that on September 4, 2024, on the territory of the municipality of Plužine, TWAC paid for the products it bought from citizens with forged banknotes," the announcement states.
