Two people were injured in an accident at sea, around 13 pm today in the water area of Boka Kotor. A criminal report will be filed against Tivčan DS (19) on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense - causing general danger.
"Police officers of the Security Department of Herceg Novi, in order to determine the facts and circumstances of the reported event, took measures and actions within their jurisdiction and came to know that the accident involved a speedboat, which was operated by DS (19) from Tivat and a boat, which managed by NK," the Police Directorate announced.
There were passengers on the vessels at the time of the accident, and on that occasion one passenger and NK were injured, who were taken away for medical assistance.
"The prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Herceg Novi was informed of the event, who qualified the criminal offense of causing general danger," the announcement reads.
