The Bavarian police arrested a SP suspected of repeatedly assaulting his 18-year-old son in the previous 10 months.
SP is suspected that from October 2023 to August 2024, he hit his son on several occasions in the head and body area, causing him injuries, while sending threatening words to his life and body.
"Police officers collected the necessary information, and premises were searched at two locations used by the informant, during which an automatic rifle and several pieces of rifle ammunition were found, which will be the subject of an expert examination at the Forensic Center. The prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bar was informed of the events. by order of which SP was deprived of his liberty on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violence in the family or family community in conjunction with the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosive materials," the police announced.
