The prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office ordered the police to file a criminal complaint against Iva Vukoslavčević, director of the Directorate for Normative Affairs and Redevelopment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Police Administration announced.
Vukoslavčević is accused of falsely reporting the state secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Petar Koprivica, that he belittled, insulted and pushed her away in his cabinet, after which he also reported her for false reporting.
"Regarding the report submitted yesterday to the Security Department in Podgorica by IV, the director of the Directorate for Normative Affairs and Police Development against PK the State Secretary of the MUP, as well as the criminal report filed by PK against IV, we inform the public of the following - the prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, after inspecting and evaluating the files of the cases formed upon the report of the State Secretary, the Criminal Code made a legal qualification of the criminal offense that the actions of Director IV have the characteristics of the criminal offense of false reporting from Article 388 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro. In this regard, the prosecutor ordered the officials Podgorica security department to file a criminal complaint against IV in the regular procedure, as well as to submit the complete files of the case formed on the occasion of IV's complaint for further action by the state prosecutor's office," said the UP.
