Budvani Davor Kordic i Aleksandar Ćetković were arrested yesterday in an operation by members of the Special Police Department (SPO), on suspicion of being part of the criminal group of the head of the Kavac clan Radoja Zvicer who planned the murder Marko Ljubiša called Kan.
This was done by order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), and against them and Marija Milošević, Danilo Tešić, Radovan Mujović i Ivan Biletić a criminal complaint was filed for the creation of a criminal organization.

"Previously, during the investigation, evidence was collected that the suspects RZ and NV, in 2020, in Montenegro and Serbia, organized a criminal organization whose members became the other suspects, as well as the accused: LI (Lazar Ilić), S. S. (Strahinja Savić), G. M. (Grga Milićević), M. K. (Miloš Klečko) i N. M. (Nikola Milekovic), which operated during that and the following year, with the aim of committing the criminal acts of murder and illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances, and for the purpose of gaining illegal profit and power, while the suspected organizers, executing the criminal plan, created a decision for the accused LI and SS to deprived of the life of the injured party M. Lj., nicknamed K., which is why the defendants undertook certain actions for that purpose, but they were prevented from committing the criminal offense because the police deprived them of their liberty in Budva, in January 2021," it is stated. in a statement signed by the special prosecutor and SDT spokesperson Vukas Radonjic.
He reminds that in July 2021, before the High Court in Podgorica, the Special State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Ilić, Savić, Milićević, Klečko and Mileković for the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization, attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials, which confirmed and entered into legal force.
According to the indictment, Ilić, Savić, Milićević, Klečko and Mileković became members of a criminal organization formed by an unknown person with the nickname Džoni during 2020.
Apart from them, membership in that criminal organization has been accepted for now by other unidentified persons with the nicknames Krojač, Mateo Odin, Sajarac, Matkal, Sepforiti and others.
The indictment states that the activities of the organization were planned for an indefinite period, on an international scale, with the application of precisely defined rules of internal control and discipline.
Ilić's task, he writes, was to fire the fatal shot at Marko Ljubiša Kan, while Savić's task was to follow and observe the target's movements, but also to provide logistical support to the perpetrators of the murders.
Khan is allegedly a high-ranking member of the Skaljar criminal clan.
