The Tivat police arrested a Ukrainian citizen, AK (29), suspected of having attacked a Morski Dobr worker and inflicted serious bodily injuries on him, the Police Directorate (UP) announced.
According to the statement, the citizen of Ukraine who was arrested is close to members of an organized criminal group.
A vehicle with Ukrainian license plates, brand "BMW X7", was taken from him.
"The named person was deprived of his liberty by order of the prosecutor and a criminal complaint was filed against him on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior in conjunction with the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm. Along with the criminal complaint, he was brought to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor for further jurisdiction. Police officers Tivat security departments, in coordination with the acting prosecutor, are taking further measures and actions with the aim of finding and prosecuting all the perpetrators of the aforementioned criminal act," the statement reads.
