That's how the policeman escaped Ljubo Milović criticized a colleague Petar Lazović because he beat the members of the Kavac clan Goran Vukčević i Igor Terzić, after they were arrested in Kotor at the end of May 2020.
Correspondence from the once protected Sky application shows that the controversy surrounding the beating of Vukčević and Terzić was led by several members of the criminal clan.
Vukčević and Pljevljak Terzić from Podgorica were arrested on May 19, 2020 in Kotor, and the Special State Prosecutor's Office claimed that on that day they were planning to liquidate Jovan Jovanovic, but that they gave up because of citizens who were bothering them and reduced visibility. They were deprived of their freedom on the way to the Štek apartment...
Not long after the arrest, the head of the criminal Kavak clan Radoje Switzerland informs Milović that Vukčević and Terzić were beaten, so Milović briefly interrogates Lazović and a member of his police team Ivan Stamatović.
"They broke Terzić all over, brought him naked to the court, he couldn't give a statement, so he's in the hospital. Vukčević, certainly the same," Zvicer sent on May 21, 2020 via the then protected application to Milović.
Milović does not answer him immediately, but sends messages to Lazović:
"Brother, I just want to teach you some things, because I used to do it when there were few people, and I tortured and made mistakes... I told you a long time ago that you need to make an assessment of who is good and who can be opened by beatings, so go ahead.. These guys are not harmless, for Šoča, Drecuna, Pavićka and the others, no one said a word... These are something else, especially Vukčević, a professional killer... Milović forwards the correspondence with him to Zvicera, and explains to him that the two arrested were beaten by police officers from Herceg Novi.

Petar Lazovićš was arrested in July 2022, and is included in several cases of the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
Transcripts from the once-protected Sky application provided to Montenegrin investigators by Europol show that he subordinated the service to the kavak clan, and he bragged to the head of that organized criminal group that he was torturing the arrested, whom they assumed were members of the organized criminal group Skaljar clan, and extorting statements from them.
The messages also show that he was carrying out Zvicer's orders - beating the skals, arresting them, kidnapping them, but also that he was informing him about the punishments that were allegedly agreed upon with the SDT. The Montenegrin prosecutor's office accuses him of repeatedly abusing the arrested soldiers of the Skaljar and Kavak clans.
They killed Goran to death
The beating of Zvicer's soldiers was also discussed by the then policeman of the Danilovgrad Security Department, Goran Stojanović, and one of the high-ranking barmen, Milan Vujotić, who were hidden behind the names of Kućica and Amico.
"They killed this Goran to death, brother, there is no such braggart in PG today. He didn't say a word," writes the policeman.
Vujotić answers that they did and that they beat him up, and then asks: "What do they say, who beat him?".
"Peter and some others with him who are So like an ox, he is incredibly hard. This Terzic is a friend of Neša Pljevljak, so they suspect Sarić that they hired them. The residents of Murija suspect Šarić," Stojanović replies.
"I don't believe that Petar was one. And maybe it is. I thought that Zoran wouldn't let him beat him... He would just arrest him," writes Vujović and gets a response.

"It's a wonder how he behaves so arrogantly," Vujotić wrote to him.
