The beginning of the trial of the accused Dragan Brković, his sons Boris and Bojan, and the executive director of the company "Vektra" Milić Popović, was postponed today in the Podgorica High Court.
The next hearing of the main trial is scheduled for November 28, due to the non-appearance of the defense attorney.
The Special Prosecutor's Office accuses Brković and Popović of damaging the company HTP "Boka" during the privatization and reorganization for 5.075.346,19 euros.
They are accused of having committed extended criminal offenses of abuse of authority in the economy and abuse of authority in the economy by aiding and abetting and criminal offenses of money laundering and money laundering by aiding and abetting between September 2017 and December 2019.
