PZ from Podgorica was arrested on suspicion of packing marijuana in sneakers that his godmother SR was supposed to take to her husband, detained in the Investigation Prison in Spuz.
The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica announced that after the hearing, he was detained for up to 72 hours.
"The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica ordered the detention of PZ for up to 72 hours, for the criminal offense of facilitating the consumption of narcotic drugs in an attempt. On September 20, 09, the suspect was in sneakers packed by SR to take to his husband, and the suspect's godfather , in the Investigation Prison in the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions in Danilovgrad, inserted a PVC bag with a substance similar to marijuana, which was discovered during a search by UIKS officers," said ODT Podgorica.
