Former policeman Petar Lazovic he told the head of the Kavački clan that the prosecutors wanted to "castrate" him because during the interrogation he had brutally beaten a suspected mercenary of the Skaljar clan Srđan Vušurović, but not to be afraid of that, because he called a friend, the special prosecutor Saša Čađenović to take over that case from the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica.
"...The primary prosecutor asks for a polygraph, she took it, damn it, raises the question of whether we tortured him, not who he wanted to kill, her mother is a ***. This madwoman is looking for our bases. So where did we take him, because we didn't go to the premises right away. I will give him money if he wants to spy on my brother, to expose him. Let me tell you, his sister will be dead," he wrote on December 2, 2020 Happy Switzerland.
He previously informed him that they had tortured Vušurović, but not as much as they would have liked if the prosecutor had not intervened, and he also sent him photos of the "interrogation" of that Serbian citizen.
Despite the correspondence in which he brags about the abuse, as well as the medical examination that confirms the injuries of that person, who is now accused of creating a criminal organization and attempted murder Aleksandar Jabučanin, the plaintiff Maja Knezevic she decided not to pursue any police officers.
"After evaluating the case file, the acting prosecutor assessed that the actions of any person did not constitute the elements of any criminal offense that is being prosecuted ex officio," the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica replied to "Vijesti" two days ago.
The prosecutor's office did not specifically answer the questions of "Vijesti" as to whether the acting prosecutor requested from the Special State Prosecutor's Office and, possibly, received correspondence from the Sky application, i.e. conversations related to that event and photos of Vušurović with a bag on his head, but also those which show the police officers who abused that arrested person. The question of whether the opinion of an expert in the medical profession was among the documents she valued remained without a concrete answer.
Vušurović was deprived of his liberty on December 2, 2020. At the hearing in the Special State Prosecutor's Office, that scoundrel accused the officers of the Sector for the Fight against Crime and Corruption, which he then managed Zoran Lazovic, that he was brutally beaten and abused after his arrest in Podgorica. Special prosecutor Saša Čađenović, however, did not respond to his accusations, but they were entered into the record when a representative of the Embassy of Serbia was called to the hearing.
A day later, a criminal complaint was filed with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica against NN police officers who, as he claimed, brutally abused him.
In the letter, which was published by "Dan" in January 2021, Vušurović claimed that after he was arrested, he was abducted by non-uniformed boys who came with two BMWs, then drove to an unknown location.
"There, I was exposed to torture, beatings, suffocation with a plastic bag, electric shockers for about five hours, all in order to confess that I intended to kill a certain Jabu resident. I was offered to falsely accuse the people they mentioned and that I would get a new identity if I testified to what they asked me to do. As I did not agree, the torture, torture and abuse suddenly intensified, and they began to beat me without choosing a place on the body", announced "Dan" at the time...
Private arrest and live broadcast
It follows from the correspondence of several members of the criminal Kavac clan that a soldier of the Skaljar clan was arrested by a policeman DK and Jabučanin, and then handed over to the Special Operational Support Team, which was informally managed by Petar Lazović.
Zvicer and his fugitive associate, Cetinje, are talking about this via Skaj Nenad Neno Kaluđerović.
During one of the correspondences, the man from Cetinje explained to Kotoranin that the people of Jabu called their friend, a policeman, when they noticed a suspect, and that DK called reinforcements when he arrested Vušurović.
"No brother, Jabuka and that policeman handed him over tied up. And they called Lazović. I can ask if K. was there because I know everything about the Lazovićes," insists Zvicer.
"Just ask, because he is now being praised and rewarded for that," Kaluđerović replied, and a few minutes later Zvicer confirmed to him that Jabučan and the DK police officer "rounded up" Vušurović.
After he was handed over to the younger Lazović's team, that policeman, now arrested, briefly broadcast live to Zvicer what was happening on the field, and supported the correspondence with photos of the "interrogation" of Vušurović.
"Srđan Vušurović from CT lives in Serbia. Crypt. Gun, bullet in the barrel. At Veziro's, possibly Saša Jabučanin," the policeman sends to Kotoranin.
Zvicer tells him which of the citizens of Cetinje is on the team with that citizen of Serbia, but also orders the policeman what steps to take and who to ask him about.
"He doesn't have a code, he picked up the phone there. It says BC1 is not Skay. He says he doesn't know him - bye, bye, i.e. he knew him. He says no. He has an accent from Niš. We found an apartment," Lazović replies, after which Zvicer asks:
"Open my ID card and let him give the address of someone he knows."
Lazović sends him a photographed ID card of Vušurović, and immediately afterwards Vušurović's address in Niš.
In parallel with Lazović, the head of the kavchan corresponded with members of his clan from Prijestonica, who informed him that Vušurović was friends and trained with the now deceased Andrija Gazivoda.
“No, burnt hello BC1. He received a call on BC1, no one answered, it was burned immediately", Lazović sends him, and then informs him who Vušurović's relatives are in Montenegro and who, as he claims, he knows.
Not long after, he complains that the primary prosecutor started abuse checks, and claims that the arrested person is lying and justifies that he was carrying the gun for his own safety.
"We had an argument over here, what kind of scumbags are these," writes Lazović for the prosecutor, after which Zvicer asks: "What father?"
"They should castrate me because I have injuries, but they will start to fuck." Here's everything I said - that he's from Radoman, that he's involved in Gazivoda"...
"Caught in the act, what will they do?", the head of the Kavak clan asks the policeman and gets an explanation.
"This woman wanted, foreigner, he was not punished, to let him go to regular school, we went to Čađ, he took over and I will lock him up," explained the policeman.
The head of the bar was then interested in whether Vušurović "was firm" while he was being processed.
"Yes, but we couldn't ask the prosecutor, she didn't give it to us. She called to bring him, otherwise they would have broken him for a long time, but in the first instance the basic prosecutor took him, and only now the special prosecutor"...
The brother of Aleksandar Jabučanin, fugitive Božidar Bobo Jabučnin, and also Zvicer and several of his associates corresponded with several members of the Kavač clan about the arrest of Vušurović, to whom he complained that the Jabučans expected others to fight for them...
The indictment is under review
Last week, the Special State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Vušurović, an alleged mercenary of the criminal Skaljar clan, on suspicion that he tried to kill Aleksandar Jabučanin at the end of 2020 in Podgorica.
He is accused of creating a criminal organization and attempted murder.
Vušurović was arrested in December 2020, when he was waiting for Jabučanin with a bullet in his barrel in the garage of a building in Podgorica.
"The indictment was also filed due to the well-founded suspicion that the defendant SV, in the period from November to December 2, 2020 in Podgorica, tried to take the life of the injured AJ, by entering Montenegro from Serbia outside the border crossing and avoiding border control , acquired a firearm - a pistol, without a serial number, and ammunition, and then stayed in a rented apartment in Podgorica and repeatedly visited the victim's residential building and photographed him, so that, on December 2, he came to the entrance to the underground garage, armed with a pistol with with a bullet in the barrel, ready to be fired and was waiting for the injured party to appear, in order to take his life at an opportune moment, but he was prevented from completing the criminal act because the police deprived him of his freedom", announced on September 20 special prosecutor and SDT spokesman Vukas Radonjić .
