The former director of "Pink M" Television, Goran Radenović, on several occasions at the end of 2018 and during 2019, asked the then president of the Supreme Court, Vesna Medenica, to "look into the case" initiated by a former employee of that media due to termination of employment. Radenović suggested that the review of the verdict should be in favor of television, offering his "volunteer" help in promoting the Kolašin ski resorts. In addition, he asked for a meeting with Medenica and television lawyer, Jasna Božović.
In the messages sent to Medenica, Radenović complained about "Vijesti" for not publishing the verdict he received against that media outlet, then sent her links to published texts with the message that the "media mafia" was commenting on verdicts that were not to her liking...
"Dear Vesna, Let me remind you of the case Zoran Pavićević v. Pink M for annulment of the decision on termination of employment and return to work. After two and a half years, after the success of our appeal before the High Court, the prosecutor proposed falsified evidence. We submitted a year ago a criminal complaint was filed but no one acted on it. The case was assigned to Maja Knežević, Case No. 490/17. The final judgment of the High Court is based on that evidence. . against the judgment Gž 24.10.2017/680. We certainly expect a positive outcome in that procedure. I am very grateful, but I think that there are serious elements of the crime. , I fight for truth and justice and everything according to the law. Once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH," Radenović wrote to her on December 17, 17.
Medenica replied the same day that she would "look into the matter" and let him know. After her answer, Radenović thanked her.
The case referred to the revision submitted by the legal representative of TV "Pink M", seeking the annulment of the decisions of the Basic and Higher Courts, which were made in favor of Pavićević. On September 8, 2017, the Higher Court in Podgorica rejected the appeal of that media house and confirmed the decision of the Basic Court, made on December 20, 2016, which annulled the decision on the dismissal of Pavićević and ordered his reinstatement. Also, TV "Pink M" is obliged to compensate Pavićević for the costs of the procedure in the amount of 1.062,50 euros.
Although Medenica promised to contact her at the end of 2018, Radenović wrote to her again on January 22 of the following year because he did not receive feedback.
"Dear Vesna, Do you have any information related to the case Pavićević - Pink M (I already wrote to you about that case that the verdicts are based on falsified evidence) The basic prosecutor did not act on our criminal report Ktn 490/17, and it has not yet been decided according to the revision that we declared on October 24, 10, against the verdict Gž 2017/680, in any case, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!", he wrote that day.
Medenica replied that she was out of the country and that she would examine the item upon her return. Radenović thanked her again, and then on January 31, he wrote another message, apologizing for the constant questions, but asking her to look into the matter because Pavićević has been on sick leave for seven years.
"I will look now, I had forgotten in this general madness," Medenica wrote to him.
"Please, we are also in a frenzy (watch our minute 2) thank you... If you need any additional consultation, our lawyer Jasna Božović can come to you. Thank you very much," he writes.
After Medenica sends him what she has about the case in the Supreme Court, he thanks her and informs her that he will consult with Božović.
"Jasna: We have information that the final decision was made on the motions to repeat the procedure, which were rejected," he forwards to her after a few minutes.
A month later, Radenović writes to her that he wants to go skiing with her, and receives a reply that there is a race for state authorities and diplomats on March 9, so they could do it then.
Sent messages in vain
At the beginning of March 2019, the Supreme Court rejected the review as unfounded.
That decision was made by a panel presided over by judge Branimir Femić, which included judges Natalija Filipović, Rada Kovačević, Radojka Nikolić and Vesna Jočić.
A month later, on April 8, Radenović sent another message to Medenica.
"Dear Vesna, (you will remember our request for the case of Pavićević - Pink M) we received a NOTICE THAT THE AUDIT ON THAT SUBJECT WAS REJECTED, we believe that it was rejected illegally. (and a large amount is involved) I also have to tell you this, that we don't know what is happening with our CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST PIO Fund, and for Pavićević as an instigator, a man who has been on sick leave for 5 years (in addition to his business incapacity) and who is a burden to the budget of Montenegro Jasna Božović and I have some other things to tell you. Thank you in advance."
"She started working today. I was told and given an argumentation. Next week, remind me with a message about the meeting," she replies.
Radenović reminds her on April 17, when he asks to receive him and Božović for 5-10 minutes, but she replies that she is at a panel held at the University of Donja Gorica, after which they arrange a meeting for the following week.
"I'll be back by appointment," he wrote to her on April 22 and received the answer: "Tomorrow at 12 noon"...
"Thank you. They couldn't do anything to me and everyone jumped like vultures. But that's Montenegro. A woman alone against all barkers," Medenica replied to Radenović's congratulations on her third re-election as president of the Supreme Court.

At the end of January 2019, Radenović boasted to Medenica that he had won another victory - because the Agency for Electronic Media did not initiate proceedings to determine the responsibility of the television he hosted, but only "Happy TV".
Then he also sends a link to the text Vijest - AEM requests a procedure for determining the responsibility of "Happy TV".
"We didn't have a single contribution, should someone accuse us of running a campaign against CG, so we died for CG, DPS and Milo in the last 5-6 and we continue... This time without the one... you know who I mean" , sent by Radenović on January 21, 2019.
Medenici complained about Vijesti
"How do Vijesti in today's newspapers comment and criticize verdicts that they don't like?!... But they also don't publish the verdict that I got against them (you remember) and the compensation in the first instance of 3.000 and the second instance of 1.000 and you yourself know that we it was not that important, BUT IT IS IMPORTANT TO ME THAT THEY ACT ACCORDING TO THE JUDGMENT WHICH SAYS: in the same place, in the same amount and in the same scope, to publish the verdict (and it is on the front page, and on two pages in the newspaper with my picture all over it) It is clear to them filed for execution, SO LET'S SEE (and she told me if they don't publish the fine is 2, then 4, then 8 thousand euros...) I'm teasing you a little, and I'm talking about the 'principledness' of Vijesta, the media mafia," Radenović sends to the president of the Supreme Court on May 3, 2019.
She replies: "I know their 'principledness'. I don't read Vijesti", after which Radenović states that he told her.
"I am ashamed and embarrassed to ask if you have any information," he wrote to her ten days later.
Medenica replies that she sent the High Prosecutor to investigate and report to her, and that she is in Berlin.
Then they arrange for Pink M to pass on the information about the visit to Berlin.
"Sorry for bothering you, you don't have any information for me," he wrote to her on June 4.
Four days later, he complains to her again about Vijesta.
"Good morning (I hope it's not too early) I would like to share something with you, I have a legally binding judgment (the court confirmed the judgment in the second instance, only reduced the amount from 3.000 to 1.000 and it was paid to me through the executor at the beginning of May) against Vijesti (for those lies they published against me) but they also had to publish the verdict 'in the same scope, in the same place' as they wrote about me then, and that is on the COVER and even two pages 8 and 9 with all my pictures, of course they didn't do it and they should have done it last week, Jasna told me that the fine is 2.000 for the newspaper and 500 for the director, and then it's doubled until the publication how important it is to me for my personal integrity, but I'm afraid they won't publish what I can do about it. I'm writing this to you because of their cover today (I'm sending it for you to see)," writes Radenović and sends the cover to Vijesti.
"The court verdict must be carried out. As you said, the penalties must also be paid. It must be persevered because that is the purpose of the judgment and the warning. We will hear from you on Monday," she replied.
Radenović thanks her and calls her again in three days, but he receives a reply from the then President of the Supreme Court that due to private obligations she did not have time to deal with the agreed...
"President (I'm a little more ashamed, and I'm sure I'm boring you, and I'm just fighting for justice) do you have any information about that case," he sent her on June 19 of that year.
"No, because Vesna Jovićević is in the election process, so she does not have the authority to urge. I will see some other model to apply," she wrote to him.
"The news published my verdict against them, but they didn't follow the verdict?!", he writes to her a day later, to which she replies:
"Hahaha. Good luck".
