The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić submitted an indictment to the Basic Court in Nikšić against Belgian citizen TWAC for the criminal offense of money counterfeiting in an extended period.
"From the evidence collected in the investigation, there is a well-founded suspicion that on September 4, 2024, TWAC put counterfeit money into circulation in the territory of the municipality of Plužine by paying for the products it bought from citizens on three occasions with forged banknotes in denominations of 50 euros each." , it is stated in the ODT announcement.
