The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Nikšić ordered the detention of the Turkish citizen KG on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosive substances.
As it was announced, the state prosecutor in the Nikšić ODT submitted a proposal for ordering the detention of a Turkish citizen.
"There is a well-founded suspicion that on October 5, 2024, KG was carrying a gun with the markings removed in a public place without authorization, which weapon was found in his personal luggage during the control at the Šćepan Polje border crossing," the statement said.
