Former secret agent Petar Lazovic he warned Radoja Zvicer that the British liaison officer in Belgrade is "pressing" to reveal his location, and that all this is being orchestrated by "Serbs" who are bothered by the association of the head of the Kavački clan with two people from the criminal milieu.
He sends him these messages in December 2020 and explains that he is doing so on the orders of his father Zoran Lazović, the then assistant director of the police for fighting crime.
"The liaison officer who is in Belgrade, British, is pressuring you to locate something because of the goods... That officer gives gas, and the Serbs give him gas, because they are bothered by your association with Eleza and Belko," wrote the younger Lazović on December 9 of that year.
According to Belgrade media, Elez was recently sentenced in Serbia to a single prison sentence of 20 years, due to a series of serious crimes committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They state that he was arrested in December 2020 in Serbia, according to an Interpol warrant, after which he was extradited to Bosnia and Herzegovina... He subsequently submitted a request to serve his sentence in Serbia for the sake of his family, which was accepted...
The news has no information about who Belko is whom Lazović mentions in the message and whether he is referring to the accused Veljko Belivuk.
"The Serbs add that, to mask themselves... But, you know. Dad told me to tell you," he says on the then encrypted Sky app.
In this context, he also mentions "brother Andrei...

Against Petar Lazović, his former colleague - a policeman Ljub Milović and Switzerland, there are several criminal proceedings in which the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) charges them with the most serious crimes, and the dominant case was related to cocaine smuggling.
Zoran Lazović was arrested on April 14, 2024, together with the former chief special prosecutor Milivoj Katnić.
The prosecutors claim that the two of them only formally took actions against the leaders of the Kavaka clan, hid international information about the head of that criminal organization Zvicer and protected him from arrest, and then deceived the public with statements that Petar Lazović was not a member of that criminal group, but a secret agent on assignment. ...
To kill Tuza in prison
In the same chat on the protected telephone program, a month earlier, that team talks about everything, jokes, and mentions Zvicer's wounding in Kiev.
Around noon on November 17, Lazović sends a message: "In the hands of Mandušić Vuk, every semi-automatic will be automatic"...
Zvicer then asks: "What is the situation at the front, Junior ran away to the hills", alluding to Lazović who wrote in Skaj under that nickname.
The latter replies that Milović (Officer) knows best what he is like in the hills, but Zvicer replies that he needs to "fix the towns" first...
"Xaxxaa, he likes to ordain in the north... He turns off the electricity, so he screams," continues Milović.
"That's not bad with electricity," states Zvicer.
"Hahahahaha... Dude, I can't clean the electricity for you:)... Is there anything that comes to the Officer's mind", Lazović then sends.
"Who knows what you are doing", states Zvicer.
He then says that the two probably "have some kind of plantation in those hills", which Lazović denies.
"The two of us are like lambs... But we don't hide anything from our brother... If we had it, you would have it too."
Zvicer then moves on to the subject of his attempted murder in the capital of Ukraine, after which the local police, among others, arrested Stefan Đukić Mandić i Emil Tuzović.
"That Boljević really drove Đukić and Tuzović".
"Yes, Dule... I guess he took 50.000 h for it... Boljević from Donja Gorica," answers Petar Lazović.
Zvicer says that "he was almost taken into custody, so they were shaking", and Lazović says that they are waiting for the political situation to unfold in order to return to the game.
A few months before that, the government in Montenegro changed after 30 years, but the "new" government was only formed on December 4.
"We're waiting to see what will happen with the authorities, when we're secured, we'll start digging again, and we'll take Boljević to the mountains for a picnic," Lazović wrote on November 17.
The leader of the Kavac criminal clan says that "Tuzović is everything to them", and Milović adds: "That retard is slimy"...
"He and Mandić keep everything from prison... I Boretta", states Zvicer, and then he clarifies who he was referring to: "Stefan (Mandić), not the karate player".

He then asks Zvicer if he and one of his contacts tried to "extinguish" Tuz in the Ukrainian prison.

Not long after that attempted murder, the mercenaries of the Skaljars were arrested in Odesa, Stefan Mandić Đukić from Barana, Emil Tuzović from Podgorica, known as Chechen, and two Serbian citizens - Milan Branković i Petar Jovanovic.
Mandić Đukić and Tuzović also answer before the Podgorica High Court for accusations that they created a criminal organization that prepared the murders of judges, prosecutors and police officials, and Đukić also for murder.
The news recently published the transcripts of conversations held immediately after that crime, in which Petar Lazović tells Ljubo Milović that he would "shoot in the head" of the then Podgorica police chief. Milovan Pavićević, because he told his colleagues that the Swiss was killed in Ukraine...
"Aww, I pissed myself. Reported Milovan Žil as if he had been killed in Kyiv. As soon as this scum is the first to know, they must have told him. My stomach turned over, how wrong I am...
