During 2019, members of the Škaljar clan killed two citizens of Serbia, members of the opposing Kavačka clan - Filip M. and Vukašin G., in the house of one of the members of that organized criminal group, Milan Brajović, in the Danilovgrad neighborhood of Jelenak, and then hid their bodies.
Because of that crime and the creation of a criminal organization, the Special Police Department today, on the order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, filed a criminal complaint against the members of the bar cell of the Škaljar clan - Brajović aka Fitilj, Stefan Đukić Mandić, Emil Tuzović and Goran Milašinović. They are accused of having committed the criminal acts of creating a criminal organization and aggravated murder in complicity. Brajović is also accused of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
The SDT clarified that the subject of the criminal report is the activity of a criminal organization organized in the second half of 2019 by the late Mile Radulović and Alan Kožar, whose members were the four suspects, the late Damir Hodžić and other unknown members.
"...With precisely defined roles and tasks, in order to commit the criminal acts of murder and aggravated murder, including the murder of the victims FM and VG, citizens of Serbia, members of an opposing criminal organization, out of wanton revenge for the murder of ZN, a member of their own criminal organization ".
It was clarified that two citizens of Serbia were killed in June 2019, in a brutal manner:
"...In the village of J., municipality of D., in the house of the suspect MB, in June 2019, while hiding their remains and removing traces of the criminal act". "The subject of the criminal report is the illegal acquisition and possession of a large quantity of automatic military and other firearms by the suspect MB, in D., in the period from December 2019 to January 2020, namely at least three automatic pistols, two hand-held launchers - a rocket, mines with an exploding directed effect, three silencers, nine pistols and one revolver, in order to make it available to the criminal organization of which he is a member, in order to fulfill the goals for which it was organized," said the SDT.
Suspects Brajović and Milašinović were interrogated in the Directorate for Executed Criminal Sanctions, while Tuzović and Đukić Mandić are currently unavailable to Montenegrin investigative authorities, as they are in custody in Ukraine, due to other criminal offenses.
"A warrant has been issued for them," said SDT.
Đukić Mandić and Tuzović are accused of the attempted murder of the head of the Kavac clan, Radoj Zvicer, in Ukraine at the end of May 2020.
Before the Podgorica High Court, Đukić and Mandić are responsible for the murder of Jovan Klisić and the wounding of Velizar Gardašević in Bar.
The indictment stated that the defendant Stefan M. Đukić, whose last name was previously M6andić, on November 6, 2019, as a co-perpetrator, committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder and killed Klisić and wounded Velizar Gardašević with 15 shots fired from an automatic rifle.
His wife, mother and half-brother - Danijela B. Mandić, Zorica Đ. Đurović, Vuk V. Lakićević, then Marko M. Vujadinović, Hasip B. Murić, Andrija B. Glavičanin and Bojan M. Vuksanović are accused of creating a criminal organization. Đukić Mandić, Lakićević and Vujadinović are also accused of having tried to kill Gardašević in Bar on August 20, 2019, that is, of having committed the criminal offense of attempted murder as co-perpetrators.
In addition to that indictment, Đukić Mandić is accused of having ordered the brutal beating of former judge Biljana Uskoković, before whom the criminal group once held accountable for the murder of Klisić and the wounding of Gardašević, from custody in Ukraine.
