The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Nikšić, after the hearing, issued a decision on the detention of MV due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of violence in the family or in the family community.
"There is a well-founded suspicion that on October 13, 2024 in Nikšić, MV caused injuries to his ex-partner," it is written in the statement of the ODT in Nikšić.
