Because of the double murder of Serbian citizens Filipa Marjanović i Vukašina Gošović in the Danilovgrad settlement of Jelenak in 2019, the Special Police Department (SPO) yesterday filed a criminal complaint against four people from the Skaljar criminal clan.
They are accused of having committed that crime and later hiding their remains Stefan Đukić Mandić, Emil Tuzovic, Goran Milašinović and Brajović, in whose house, according to the investigators, everything happened.
According to the claims of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), that criminal organization was formed by the now deceased Alan Kozar i Mile Radulović called Captain, and its member, apart from the suspects, was also killed Damir Hodzic, as well as other unknown persons.
The four are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization and aggravated murder in complicity, while Brajović is also suspected of the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
According to the SDT, they did this out of wanton revenge for the murder of Baranin Zijad Nurković in Spain, a close associate of Kožar.

With that indictment, it was presented that the defendant Stefan M. Đukić, whose last name was Mandić, on November 1, 2019, as a co-perpetrator, committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder and killed Klisić and wounded Velizar Gardašević with 15 shots fired from an automatic rifle.
His wife, mother and half-brother - Danijela B. Mandić, Zorica Đ. Đurović, Vuk V. Lakićević, then Marko M. Vujadinović, Hasip B. Murić, Andrija B. Glavičanin i Bojan M. Vuksanović they are accused of creating a criminal organization.
Đukić Mandić, Lakićević and Vujadinović are also accused of having tried to kill Gardašević in Bar on August 20, 2019, that is, of having committed the criminal offense of attempted murder as co-perpetrators.
In addition to that indictment, Đukić Mandić and the same team are accused of ordering the brutal beating of former judge Biljana Uskoković, before whom the criminal group was once held accountable for the murder of Klisić and wounding of Gardašević.
According to that act, they had the same intentions towards then special prosecutors Milivoj Katnić and Saša Čađenović, as well as some police officials...

Yesterday, the Special State Prosecutor's Office announced that on their order, the Special Police Department filed a complaint against four scammers.
"The subject of the criminal complaint is the activity of a criminal organization organized by the now deceased MR and AK, in the second half of 2019, in Montenegro, whose members became suspects, the deceased DH and other unknown persons, with precisely defined roles and tasks, in order to committing the crimes of murder and aggravated murder, as well as the murder of the victims FM and VG, citizens of Serbia, members of an opposing criminal organization, out of wanton revenge, for the murder of ZN, a member of their own criminal organization, and in a brutal manner, in the village of J., municipality D ., in the house of the suspect MB, in June 2019, while hiding their remains and removing traces of the criminal act," the SDT statement reads.
It is also stated that the subject of the criminal complaint is the illegal acquisition and possession of a large amount of automatic military and other firearms by Brajović:
"In the period from December 2019 to January 2020, at least three automatic pistols, two manual launchers - rockets, mines with an explosive directed effect, three silencers, nine pistols and one revolver, in order to make it available to a criminal organization whose is a member, in order to fulfill the goals for which it was organized," the text adds.
They remind that Brajović and Milašinović are in the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions and that the special prosecutor heard them, while Tuzović and Đukić Mandić are deprived of their liberty abroad due to another criminal offense and a warrant has been issued for them.
