According to the same information, the son of a retired, long-time official of the Police Administration was arrested yesterday Duška Koprivica, the skank was procured from Zećanin Igor Krstović, close to the Skaljar criminal clan.
"The evidence gathered so far indicates that Koprivica, who is labeled as the organizer of an organized criminal group, procured large quantities of skunk from Krstović, and then transported them to Croatia through smuggling channels. Koprivica was handcuffed in an operation by the Special Police Department (SPO), and by order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT).
In the same action, alleged members of his criminal organization were deprived of their freedom Blazo Đurković, Nikola Vukotić i Marinko Koprivica.
The criminal report also includes Krstović, who has been in the pre-trial detention center.
One of the sources of "Vijesti" said that the three of them had clear responsibilities in the clan.
It was officially announced by the SDT that they deprived Strahinj and Marinko Koprivica, Vukotić and Đurković of their freedom.
"A criminal complaint was filed against them, as well as against IC, who is in custody in the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, in another criminal case, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization."
They explained that Strahinja Koprivica, Krstović and Đurković are charged with the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, but also that the two Koprivica are charged with having committed two criminal offenses - smuggling.

Members of the Special Police Department, headed by him Predrag Šuković, for hours yesterday they searched the houses and buildings of Koprivica in Nikšić's Duklo settlement, as well as the properties of members of that criminal group in the town of Trebjes and in Podgorica.

The arrest is the result of several months of activities by special prosecutors and members of the SPO, who also read correspondence from the once-protected Sky application, through which criminal deals were mostly arranged.
"Vijesti" announced back in May that Koprivice from Nikšić was in charge of smuggling cigarettes from Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on the communication that the European Union Law Enforcement Agency (Europol) submitted even earlier.
From those transcripts, it appears that Koprivice takes nine euros per pack of cigarettes for the safe passage of vans from Podgorica to Nikšić, and another six euros for securing illegal cargo from the town of Trebjes to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In the same messages, it was also stated that Trebinjac takes over cigarettes from Koprivica Radomir Ninković, called Letva writes.

In the same period, "Vijesti" also announced that members of the so-called police drug cartel negotiated with a certain Strahinja to provide safe passage for vans loaded with cigarettes to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, as they write, would be picked up by Rašo Letva in Trebinje.
In that context, they mention that it is the work of certain Koprivica, and then they explain how much the team from Nikšić charges for providing passage per pack of cigarettes.
At the end of June 2020, the former policeman discussed this through the then-protected Sky application Vladimir Bajčeta and an as yet unidentified member of that team, whose nickname was Ziggy 29.
Ziggy then asks him if they told him that he can take 100 (packages) a week, and then he complains that someone has already built into the price.
"Brother, I was with Strahinja before. I am in contact with the buyer, the buyer is my brother's friend, someone has already set the prices. Transportation to the customer is 9 e PG-NK, and 6 e to the customer. This is done by Koprivice personally and they do it with their goods, they take 400 a week and do the transport to Raš Letva from TRB, which buys it all... well, nothing is better than nothing, so later I will try to get at least another 100 a week. , that would be quite correct. After Bajčeti explains who their cigarette buyer is, Zigi 29 also writes that those in that business "put everyone on hiatus for seven days".
A person who writes on Sky under the pseudonym Zigi 29, in one of the conversations complained to Bajčeta that Ninković was not contacting them, even though he claimed that they were sending him as much as they could, because "everything suits him", including the price, and then announced that all that examine with Strahinja.
And he emphasizes that it is not a risky job, because "brother, no one has ever failed here only if they paid everything regularly".
After Letva stopped contacting him, Zigi 29 blames everything on Koprivice, accusing them of obstructing the work.
"Brother, I put it that way and we are paying Koprivice more expensively to go with theirs, and later we will also go with Strahinja, if God forbid, it will fall, but there is no chance, everything is paid for," Zigi writes at the end of June 2020.
In the following message, he hints that they are not welcome in that business:
"Brother, it seems that Koprivice is undermining, that they don't want us to get involved, they told the buyer in trb (Trebinje) to remove me from their contacts. And since yesterday, Strahinja has been avoiding me. He won't accept me, as he didn't receive the request, so he's not there in Pg, etc... I'll see him today, you trash spy. In the correspondence of members of the police drug cartel, there are also those in which Zigi 29 writes to Bajčeta that Koprivice is hard on steam, despite the fact that they are engaged in numerous illegal businesses from which they make a lot of money.
