"Also, the Nikšić police deprived BB (22) of his liberty because of a physical attack on his brother JB (20), who was also deprived of his liberty because of a verbal and physical attack on BB, and a criminal complaint was filed against them to the prosecutor's office on suspicion of having committed the crime of violence in to the family or in the family community," the police added.
