The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica ordered the detention of BS for up to 72 hours due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed a prolonged criminal offense of aggravated theft.
ODT Podgorica announced that on September 19, 2024, the suspect approached a parked vehicle, opened it with a tool, went inside and stole sunglasses, and then the battery.
"On October 27, 2024, in the underground garage of a residential building, HS approached the victim's vehicle and stole a wallet from it, which, according to the victim, contained 2.000 euros, a traffic and driver's license, as well as a fuel card. After that , he also stole the battery and left in an unknown direction," said ODT.
