After the hearing in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica, SA was detained for up to 72 hours due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of unauthorized possession and carrying of weapons and explosive substances.
This was announced by ODT Podgorica, stating that the suspect had an unauthorized firearm in his family apartment - a pistol without an issued weapon license, with the markings removed and the factory number erased, in which there was one bullet of the same caliber.
