The Union of the Judiciary of Montenegro will join the judges in the work stoppage, which will begin on November 11 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
"After several visits to the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance, the union did not reach an agreement to return the employees from group 'D' from the Branch Collective Agreement to the Law on Wages in the Public Sector, nor to adopt a new Branch Collective Agreement for the judiciary. They said that during the duration of the warning measures, the court administration, which implements the measures, will be at the workplace and perform other tasks within its jurisdiction throughout the working hours.
"These measures will be stopped when the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance adopt the requests, while otherwise they will be continued or changed in accordance with the Decision of the Executive Board of the Union of the Judiciary of Montenegro," the announcement concludes.
