Budva's Dejan Novović (43) filed a criminal complaint with the Kotor police against the owner of the construction company "Carinvest" Marko Bata Carević, accusing him of strangling and slapping him this morning in the office at the quarry in Krimovica, Grbalje.
Novović told "Vijesta" that he has a medical report from the Clinical Center in Kotor confirming that he has strangulation injuries.
In the report, which was submitted to "Vijesti", as well as to the Kotor police, it is stated that "in the area of the right side of the neck there is visible swelling with redness and band-like bruises, while on the left side the redness and swelling are milder, and that there is a scratch on the left cheek - and that there was violence with the use of force". That's what it says in the report, and the police have been informed about everything.
In the criminal report, Novović described in detail what happened this morning around seven o'clock in the office at the quarry in Krimovica. As he claims, he is employed as a construction machine operator, and that he does not have a permanent job, and he has been employed for three years at the "Carinvest" company.
As he claims, he was invited to come to the quarry by Tsarević's son-in-law MR, who is a manager in that company, and that instead of working at the construction site at Slovenska Beach, he will work at the quarry that day.
"When I came to the office, Tsarević attacked me for creating a rebellion among the workers, that I told that my daily wage was 80 euros, so the others were asking to be paid the same amount. Then he attacked me and grabbed me by the neck with his hands to choke me, because I told him that it was not true. His son-in-law got up and stood between the two of us, I managed to remove Tsarević's hands, but he grabbed me again and choked me. When I pushed him away, he swung his hand and slapped me scratch. I told them that I would report everything to the authorities. He told me that I had been fired and that I would no longer appear," Novović told "Vijesta".
Tsarević told "Vijesta" that Novović invented everything, because he was fired.
"I didn't see him with my own eyes, let alone hit him or choke him. This is his experience and fabrication, because he was fired for bad work. He was occasionally engaged. Who knows who he fought and quarreled with. I encourage him to leave to the police and report him, because he is well known to them, as well as to the High Court because of his criminal acts," Tsarević said briefly.
