The DB from Podgorica ordered detention for up to 72 hours on the suspect of insulting his wife and beating him.
This was announced by the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, stating that DB was detained due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the crime of violence in the family or family community.
"The suspect first insulted his wife, then hit her several times with his open fists in the area of both sides of her face, then with the edge of the phone under her right eye, and after she tried to run away, he caught up with her, pulled her by the hair and brought her back into the house, again pointing at her insults and hit her with a water thermos on her hands and feet in the presence of their minor children," announced the Podgorica Department of Education
