MB from Podgorica was arrested on suspicion of assaulting his wife and threatening to destroy her and her mother's life and to kill her "if she calls his girlfriend".
After the hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, he was detained for up to 72 hours, due to the suspicion that he committed a criminal offense - violence in the family or family community.
"The person of MB was detained, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that in the presence of his minor sons he grabbed his wife by the neck, pulled her by the wardrobe and pushed her, insulting her and threatening to destroy her and her mother's life and to kill her if she calls his girlfriend , due to which the injured party felt fear for her safety," said the ODT Podgorica.
