After the hearing, the Podgorica Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) ordered the suspect ZM to be detained for up to 72 hours, because there is reason to suspect that on the night between November 4 and 5, inside the restaurant, the tenant of which, in front of his daughter, repeatedly hit his wife on the various parts of the body.
"To take a small knife, a so-called penknife, with which he superficially scratched her chest, after which the victim tried to run away, and the suspect caught up and in front of the asphyxiation facility gave her a couple of blows on her body, causing her to fall to the asphalt, so that her was lying down, he struck several more blows on her body, thus inflicting numerous light physical injuries on her," said ODT Podgorica.
